What do I give the MegaBus driver? You will require your booking reference to travel, ensure you obtain this reference for each journey you book. If you are an Entitlement cardholder in SCOTLAND and have booked concession seats you will also require to present your Entitlement card to the driver when boarding. Take your booking reference, and where appropriate your Entitlement card (Scotland only) with you and present it to the driver, this entitles you to a seat for the journey specified at time of booking. You can also receive your Megabus ticket by SMS which allows you to receive your journey reservation as a text message direct to your mobile phone.
