All payments made to us are directly used to reserve and make final payments to the accommodation and services booked for your tour. Where this is not done before we take your payment, your money is held in a Clients Trust Bank account.
To comply with statutory regulations we (Explore Britain) may not withdraw any money from this trust account before the completion of your booked holiday or your cancellation of the holiday, without your written permission.
The Explore Britain Trust Account is held with Barclays Bank Plc.
