We NEVER pass your e-mail address to any other traders. We will not pass your e-mail address to anybody requesting feedback on our tours, without getting permission from you first.
We highly value the trust our clients place in our company so please let us know if you feel we may not be abiding to this.
We do not store personal information from a general enquiry, who does not make a booking.

Credit & debit payments for your tour (but NOT credit/debit card details)
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. We will ONLY mail or email this to your address if it matches that which we have on file. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site or emails sent to any of our web addresses. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. We will report any email abuse or illegal website activity to your service provider or use any agency which in our opinion helps to reduce spam, abuse or hacking attempts.
