Forced in to action by the kidnap of Ranger's young son Joey. Jim takes on the outlaws and rescues the boy, but kills Brett Vickery's son Earl, and another member of the gang. In answer, the Vickery's hire a professional gunfighter to dispatch Jim to Boot Hill. With the odds so heavily stacked against him, has Jim a hope in hell of successfully saving his own skin and finally bringing the outlaws to the gallows.
